Criminal Defense

Tiemeier & Stich provides criminal defense in the Colorado county and municipal courts.  We represent adults and juveniles in criminal proceedings, focusing on charges ranging from Driving Under the Influence (D.U.I.), Driving While Ability Impaired (D.W.A.I.) Drug Possession, Assault, Disturbing the Peace, to Harassment. In particular, we have developed a criminal defense practice defending criminal charges brought against licensed professionals.  This includes physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other health care professionals.
